Many notable design duos may give the impression that they’re like a family, but few can say they actually are. Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard are just that. Sisters-in-law married to brothers, the two came together through a love of fashion and founded Veronica Beard with the goal of designing for women like them. Launched in 2010, the label includes a variety of styles that appeal to all kinds of women. From their classic Dickeys—an article of clothing you zip into the front of a jacket to change its look—to collaborations with Kassatex, VB allows mothers, entrepreneurs and anyone in between to feel confident and fashionable without sacrificing comfort. Here the Veronicas share their favorites things, what inspires them and the places that keep them coming back for more.
